Temples

There is a new temple In payson that is going to be built!!

WOW! We are truly blessed! In Utah we have temples everywhere! in a certain spot lie 15 minutes away from my hose your can see THREE temples! WOW! I think it's a miracle! I am so grateful that I have the ability to go to the temple (well I'm getting a new recommend in the next hour) but ya. I am so grateful that I can help people in heaven. It makes me feel special. Even though It sometimes is a challenge to plan to go for me and find a ride, it's totally worth it! This year I'm going to make a goal to go to the temple at least once a month! And I want to also challenge you to go also! It helps me in my daily life, to be happier, and to face many challenges!

Just so you know If you are going to the temple I will babysit 4 free! Just getting that out their! And to my lucky cool cousins, you should also babysit for free if they are going to the temple!

I am so grateful for all the blessings that we can receive when we go to the temple!

OK so my friend got tripped, and hit her head, then some girl fell on it!!!

And one of my friends hand was soaked in blood 'cause a girl jabbed her nails into her hand, and to that same girl she got be brasses jabbed into her lip and that started bleeding, and then she got kicked in the leg a lot, and has TONS of bruises now!!

The Girls

I am so lucky for my Young women's group! I can't say that enough!

I 've been doing a YW project all day yesterday with my friend, and it's so amazing what people have to say about other people!I am so blessed that my YW's group all gets along, and that we all have a close bond. I am so grateful that we all have such a close bond with our leaders also. I have no clue what I would have done with out them! they are so wonderful!

It's amazing what we all see in each other. We all have so many nice things to say about each other. Not all YW's are this close!

It's so cool that we all hang out w/ each other, and we involve everyone! I am so glad that my YW's group is small enough to do that!

LONG TIME!

I arrived at school today at about 7:47. OK, so school ended at 2:25 today, That is about six hours and 13 minutes. Then I stayed after school doing Student Council stuff and basketball, and I didn't get home till 7:35. So that was 7 hours and 10 minutes extra at school!!! So in all I was at school for about 12 hours!!! That is VERY long time for a student to be at school!

I don't really care! I love being at school. Whenever I'm their I have a good feeling inside (well at least when I'm there after school). I love being their!!! It is one of my most favorite places in this whole world!! I am so glad that I can go to school!

Writing

Ok, so I LOVE to write! I just run out of good, easy ideas! If you have an idea for me to write about I would love you to tell me/ post a comment telling me what it is!

My dream...

I have a lot of different dreams!

I want to go to collage and get a doctor degree.

I have a dream that one day I will be a layer, and then once I'm married I will be an English/ Debate teacher. I also want to be a mom. I would stay home till they are all old enough to go to school...

I also want to be a famous musician....

I can't do it all!

I think I want to be the teacher and musician the most!!

I still have a couple years to decide!

New Schedule!

OK so after A LOT of talking to the councilors and changes I finally got a good schedule! Nothing can get perfect but it's as good as it's going to get!

SO here it is!!!

A 1- Guitar with Mr.Cortez! I don't rely consider it a class, It's more of a break from reality 4 me!

A 2- English with Mrs.Hancock! I love reading and writing, so it is also such a fun class!

A 3- Creative Writing with Mrs.Kavmark! She is cool and she says that she already likes me!

A 4- T.F.L with Mrs.Stron! I finally got in!!! FEW! that takes a load off my back!

B 1- Science with Mr.Hull! Got in right when he was assigning a huge project! FUN!!

B 2- Math with Mr.Jett! SO excited! But I am REALLY board in that class because I know it all!

B 3- History with Mr.Nettlton! He's one of the best teachers ever!

B 4- Foods with Mrs. Nielson! YUMMY!!

Mentoring- Mr.Hull! I love that teacher! He's really nice to me!

SO I have a lot of fun classes! (I just wish I could have English and Creative Writing more!)

So my mom had this crazy idea that we should do our Saturday work today, BEFORE my brother's birthday party!!! I personally think that we should just ditch the idea of cleaning the house today! But my mom won the argument, like usual!

But now we will have to clean up ALL over again!

SERVICE PROJECT!!

I just LOVE to do service projects! one of my new year resolutions was to do at least one service project a month! So I'm already starting to work on my February project! (AKA my Individual Worth project). I am not 100% sure if I'm doing it but I'm 99,9% so you may start to donate.

I am collecting blankets and clothes for the people in Haiti. There conditions are really sad and we need to help! I'm going to make

a slide show,

and I am also going to have one of my articles about this service

project published in the

school newspaper, AND I might even be in our city news paper

(the crossroads Journal!!)

dying or dead out there!

Thingys to pounder...

So i guess we all have to live with our lives not going exactly how we want, hu? Everything happens for a reason, doesn't it? We need to learn from our mistakes! If life went exactly how we want it we wouldn't really learn, would we. We should fight for what we believe is right, even though maybe we are wrong. WE all have our weaknesses and we need to get better at controlling them. We all have days were it seems like absolutely NOTHING has gone perfect hu? We all have hidden talents that we need to search for and find! We all need to "start making chips". We all have things that make us happy, and that we could do/ have no matter what. For example Mine is baby-sitting my favorite three kids, going to mutual, talking to one of my favorite people, and writing! I can ALWAYS do these things, for however long too!

I guess that we all have our challenges in life, some bigger then others at times, but we still have them! They sometimes come unexpected and sometimes they also might come when you do expect it. Life is full of twist and turns. sometimes there's a dead end to a rode you have token, sometimes there is a fork and you take the wrong path. We all usually can turn around and choose the other way. It might take a while but you can do it!!

Well there you go, just a kind of random thingy for you to think about!

I just want to thank all of my friends at school for making my birthday the best one EVER!!

Thank you for all of the cards and presents! I didn't expect you to do any of that! I KNOW for a fact that I know some of the coolest people on the earth!

I am SO blessed to know every one of you!

For all of you that don't know what happened at school, well I'll tell you...

SO this morning my locker was all decorated! I guess one whole entire mentoring class all made cards for me, and some other random people did too! My friend also had a card that all my teachers signed and wrote something in!! That was such a great morning.

Then for lunch My mom brought snacks and stuff for my friends and I to share. My friends gave me presents, and they sang "Happy Birthday" to me in the cafeteria!! They also helped me (try) to fit all of my stuff into my locker. It all didn't fit so I put the rest of the stuff in one of my other friend's locker!

In the halls a lot of people stopped me and told me "Happy Birthday" and told me how coOl I am.

I had so much fun! This is a birthday I am NEVER going to forget! It is the best one yet!!!

Then tonight I am going to have Hawaiian Haystacks for dinner and Hot fudge Sundays for dessert! and then I'm going to open presents. I have NO clue what I'm going to get! not a lot probably but still...

I think that Basket Ball practice is going to go RELAY slow! who knows!!

I am SO grateful for my Young Women's! My leaders are fantastic and all the girls are totally cool! I love that we are all so close and willing to help each other when ever!

I am also SO grateful that my leaders know a lot!! I don't think we would have to do this for mutual... Well maybe once, just to make sure our leaders are all the way caught up, but beside that....

Well, My wall keeps growing and growing! pretty soon it's going to be my room! Here is my wall from 2 weeks ago! It's already grown a lot more!

My birthday party...

OK, So I just got home from my birthday party like at 7:30!! It was SO fun! I had such a great time! I could only bring two friends, SO I brought Aubrey Jorganson (a girl from church) and Ellie (a girl from science class)

We had SO much fun! The pictures kind of came out backwards, so I guess that I will explain what I did from last to first!!!

SO We went to dinner at In & Out (one of my favorites! we all got burgers, fries and shakes! I had Such a great time!

We had to go to the beehive house, One of my all time favorite houses!

We went out for a snack after the temple! It filled us up for the rest of the day!

It was SO cold today!

WE went to the temple first. There was at least 20 people a head of us, but they didn't put us in the chapel with all of the other people, instead they told us to just go on in and get confirmed!!

It was SO cool! It was Aubrey's first time to do baptisms! We had a lot of first times' today!! It was all of our first times to do baptisms in the SL temple! It was Ellie's first time to go to the conference center, It was Aubrey's (and I think Ellie's) first time to go to that museum, It was Aubrey and Ellie's first time to go into the beehive house too! And It was also Ellie's first time to go to in & out!

I an SO grateful for my friends. I am also so grateful for the gospel in my life. I am so glad that I could have the chance to go to the temple for my birthday, and share that with people I love!

(I still can't believe that I'm turning 13 on monday!)

Girls Camp

I already can't wait for girls camp It's going to be so much fun! (well I hope I can go!)

Yesterday's game

SO we played the same people yesterday as we did the first game and we lost only by what, like 50! Hey it's better then last time they played us! At least we know that we are getting better!! We all agreed that if we ever win we will go out foR ice-cream as a team! hopefully that will be soon!

We have 4 main goals this season;

1. TO win least one game

2. TO have fun

3. to learn A LOT

AND THE LAST BUT CERTAINLY NOT LEAST.....

4. TO out cheer all of the cheerleaders (we are so close, and we know ALL of the cheers!)

Ballroom

OK, so my brother started ballroom dancing today. The teacher is like my favorite person! I got mad at my mom for signing my brother up and not me! but then she told me that I was to old, so I fell kind of better. I still wish that I could do it! My mom said that once the lady starts teaching my age (and once I'm out of basketball) I can do it!! SO I hope it's soon!

I've had a lot of people say that I dance really good, (students and teachers).

I don't know why they say that because it's just when my friends and I are goofing around during our break in the hallways, and dancing to our i-pods or in the cafeteria, or on the stage... We're not even trying to do good, but I guess we are, well at least I am.

My guitar teacher says it's probably because I know how to keep the tempo / I know how the timing works and all that...

SO ya, I hope that the teacher does ballroom for my age sometime soon!

Just so she knows, I would be REALLY interested in it! (:

I'm ALive (and Ok; kindof)

SO sorry to all of you who were hoping that I would die, Because I'm not planning on dieing until I'm 93.. (unless I have do do like 200!) But It did hurt! then we did a TON more drills! and SO I was putting my hands right by me chest because my Coach and I were demonstrating a "Chest Pass" and my coach instead hit me right in the face! OWE! now my jaw hurts! My back is also killing me SO much! and my hands kept slipping on that disgusting gym floor, and on the disgusting hallway floor! and I also ran into a locker!! SO I guess today was pretty good. My coach finally gave in and aloud us to do girl push ups but that meant that we had to do 110!! But it was still RELAY HARD! She had to get on like half the girls for not doing the push ups right! But she didn't get on me!! YA ME! We also put this wall/screeny thing up so some of the girls didn't look at the boys! It was so annoying because I used to pass hat ball to this one girl and she wouldn't get it because she was looking at those Gross, annoying, rude, mean, nasty boys!

Will the shorts be lucky?

WE just got our shorts AFTER the game... Will they be lucky?

We just played Reagen. We lost be 30! We got 6 points this game! Better than last time! Will we ever win? This time we played against 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th graders!! It was THE WORST! they were short too! And to add on to that our coach said that tomorrow we have to do exactly 105 "manly" push ups each!! OWE! that is going to hurt! I don't want to!! I also have to run on the treadmill a lot! anyone want to go to the gym with me this week or next (if I'm alive)?

This Morning

OK so this morning my mom and I went to talk to a councilor about my schedule! I don't feel like he said anything that I haven't heard yet... I gave him the schedule and the teachers that I hope to have, so hopefully I'll get them!! I love the teachers I have now and I don't want to change! The guy said that they will be giving schedules out on Tuesday or Monday. I hope that if they give them out on Monday, and I get what i want so it won't ruin my birthday!

Frustrated... Me AND My Teachers

OK so I guess I'll tell all you why I am frustrated, because I don't know what else to say!

OK so it's the middle of the year so we have to change some of our electives I get that.. but we have to change ALL of our classes! The teachers have been switched around so they still have the same # of classes, and the same # of students but they now have like two or more different grades to teach!

Now the teachers have to make up brand new lesson plans for the rest of the year, and they have to get used to a ton of brand new kids that they have no idea what there weaknesses are or anything!

And us students have to get used to the other teachers, we have to have our brains against to how they teach, and we've already bought all our stuff for our classes at the beginning of the year! It's really frustrating!

SO I'm having my mom personally go to the councilor with me and personally choose my schedule! I am SO glad that I'm always so nice to teachers/ adults and they like me! (Do you think that that is a talent?)
