General Young Women Meeting!

SO on Saturday I went to the General Young Women's Meeting, at the conference center. My grandma got tickets for her ward, and also extra tickets for us!

Ellie Ross, Her mom, Me, my mom, and my Aunt Erin, first went out to dinner at Cafe Rio, in SLC. IT had this cool coke Machine thingy that had a touch screen, and you picked what soda you wanted and then all different flavors of that soda popped up on the screen, so you put your glass under it, pressed the button, then held down another button, and that soda would come out! AWESOME! It was our fun, exciting adventure of the day!

So after getting all the soda we could (there's 104 flavors in this thing), we met up with my grandma's YW, at the conference center, and watched the wonderful conference!! It was SO good!

After the Conference we went just up the street to the Kimble, where my grandparents had rented out a room. All the YW, then met my grandpa, and the bishop their, and we ate Hot-fudge Sundays, while sitting around the hot-tub, some of the YW sat in it, we just all had to be careful not to turn the water to the tub on. Once everyone left, Ellie and I filled the tub on, put the Jets on, and stuck our feet in, being careful not to slip, or get our clothes wt. I almost slipped, but Ellie saved me!

I had such a fun time!

Science Fair

My life has been so busy SO lately! Where has all the days gone?? SO much has been happening, and yet so little!

Yesterday I went to the temple with my YW at 3:30 in the morning! (I woke up at 4) then after my bishop took us out for breakfast, at one mans band... Once I got home I jumped into the car and got to the science fair at 8:30. I sat in a tiny closet sized room with ten people in it until about 12:15. They gave us pizza, and I met Joe outside, he took me to the creamery to get ice-cream... He took me back about 1:15, then I Sat back down in that small room until about 3:15, then I walked to

Joe and Ellen's apartment, where I watched TV, and part of the game until 5:30ish, when my mom, dad, papa, and Jourdan, picked me up. We went out to eat at a YUMMY hot-dog place, and then went back at 6:20 to the awards ceremony. I won in the Microscopy section thingy.. IT was pretty cool I guess. I had no clue that I would even make it that far, so that was pretty good. It was something at least. I feel really bad ho sat there all that time for nothing! Oh and keeping with my time thing it didn't start ill 7, so Jourdan and I played the ipad, but It ended late, like at 9:15ish. After the awards, we all went to the BYU creamery, for my second bowel of ice-cream that day :) WE took Jourdan home when we were done, so overall I didn't get home till around 11pm! That was one long day, I will remember!

I already have idea's for next year, and how to win, and maybe go on!!! JH kids can't really move on to another science fair, but HS kids can, which I will be in next year, and it's going to be harder, because I will be the youngest, and competing against more kids, but I know I can do it if I really try, and want to!

Ps. During the awards, they had a special announcement to make, that BYU lost :(

I was sad!!! But I guess there is always next year!

Pretty!

I truly am SO lucky to live where I am living now. 

I have such a pretty view of the lake, and very nice neighbors. 

I love all the wonderful noises I can hear, and the people I see.

I am so grateful for my camera, and all of the pretty places

within walking distance that I can take.
