District Science Fair at UVU

So, last night I went to the district science fair. We left at about 2, and I didn't get home till about 9:30! I had a lot of fun. I went with 3 teachers from my school, and two other winners from my school. We checked in, and set up our projects into the ballroom then we played a card game for about an hour, and then went into the ballroom. Everyone got judged three times. I got judged twice, and then went into the food court, and bought a piece of pizza for dinner, I had to hurry though so I could make it back in time for my third judge. I was shaking all day long. It seemed like the judging took forever before it was time! They had to go through all of the elementary charter schools first before they announced the JH division. Because my school starts with an "R" they would announce who went on very last. Finally they called my name, I was in shock! I had a huge smile on my face, but it sort of made me sad because I was the only one from my whole school to make it onto the Central Utah science fair. I am SO excited an nervous, in the next science fair I will be competing against 600 other students! I am so grateful that i've made it this far, and I hope that I can keep going farther with my project! Even though at times it is stressful, and I get SO nervous, I have SO much fun!!!
